 13-day Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu Meditation, Yoga, and Healing Retreat

Registration:

• 50% deposit required to register and hold your spot

Rest of payment: 

• • Due first day of the tour
  • Payment in cash PEN, USD, or Euros.
  • Only USD notes of flawless condition are accepted in Peru.

Number of participants:  3 -12 

EARLY BIRD:  

Valid till 12 weeks before retreat start

CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel anytime and will receive an 80% refund if done no later than 8 weeks before retreat start

REFUND RULES:

80% refund if canceled no later than 8 weeks before retreat start

Extra information: 

• If the number of participants in very rare cases, is only 1, we can not facilitate the journey but can offer support & guidance for other options.
• If the number of participants is only 2 people, we offer to facilitate the journey for an extra cost of $300 per person.
• If in the rare case that less than 3 persons are registered for this journey, we offer a refund of 60% of the deposit or moving retreat to a later date (towards admin fee).

4 Days Sacred  Valley Yoga & Meditation Tour 

Registration:

Number of participants:  3 -14

Cancellations:

• Canceled 6 weeks before start gives 80% refund. 
• Later than this, there is no refund.
• If the organizer needs to cancel, in the rare cases of too few participants or other reasons, an 80% refund is given at any time. 
• If there are just two participants, the journey can go-ahead for an added $100 per person. 
• If there is just one participant, we will offer a full refund or an alternative program according to the wishes of the participant.

How to pay for the journey?

You can pay by card via the Wetravel Link (check for the retreat you would like to join!)

• Via Transferwise – email for correct info
• To Peruvian Bank Account- email for info 
• Western Union
• Money Gram
• Cash 

Paying the rest of the journey:

• Cash
• USD ( only un-ripped and unbroken notes)
• EUROS
• PEN ( Peruvian Nuevo Soles )
• Occasionally CAD and GBP.

Can I pay for the full journey online?

• In some cases, this can be possible, but there will be extra fees due to the bank systems, VAT & Tax rules in Peru.

Can I withdraw money in Peru?

• Yes, there are several ATMs (cash machines)
• You can withdraw USD or PEN in Peru.

Can I exchange money in Peru? 

• Yes, there are many Casas de Cambio or banks where you can exchange money. 
• The rates are usually better than abroad.

Can I pay by Paypal?

• We accept Paypal in rare cases, and only as friend/family transfer

I WANT TO COME TO A LATER RETREAT INSTEAD:

We understand that life can change and sometimes plans will change. You can move the booking to a later retreat. The administrative fee is $200 for the 13 days retreat and $111 for the Titicaca retreat. For the Machu Picchu retreat, it costs $100 to move it as we have non-refundable bookings connected to it. For the 12 days Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley & Titicaca retreat, You can move it for a fee of $250. This needs to happen a minimum of 4 weeks before the retreat starts.

What if I become sick?

• Please bring a Doctor’s report.
• Some costs are non-refundable (decided by Peru Gov.). Particularly regarding Machu Picchu bookings, so, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make a full refund. 
• For Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley & Lake Titicaca retreat: 50% refund of deposit. 
• For the 13 days Sacred Valley Retreat & The Titicaca Retreat, we give a 50% refund of the deposit.
• For Lake Titicaca 8 days retreat: 50% refund
• The report must reach us no later than 5 days before the retreat start.
