Experience Vitality, Energy, Clarity Health & Joyful Living In The Now Moment…
From Practicing Fasting, Detox ~ ENERGETIC NOURISHMENT!
As we evolve and ascend, as we meditate and pray and tune unto our souls guidance, we learn that we become increasingly sensitive on all levels, to energies, nourishment we come into closer guidance with our soul, body elements, guides and masters and our paths align with our dharma- soul path for the highest good. It is important to listen to the soul and its guidance, to our body and hearts and move forwards on to the path of joy and vibrant living where we remember more and more our true purpose and possibilities as we do this door and portals remain open and opens up to bring us home to love and connection to all creation and go complete the purpose of our incarnation into human forms. To do this our bodily temple needs to come with us into our awakening and ascension process and be purified. Fasting and pranic living, healthy diet of fruits and plants help this process a lot. To learn from experienced people, in a team and feel the support of other souls being on a similar journey, and do deep inner transformational detox work greatly helps this initiation. As that is what it is, an initiation for the next steps on your soul path, inner initiations, graduations.
You are welcome!

Scale of Human Nutrition

One may divide the nutritional norms of human beings according to the varied foods they choose to include in their diets. We will survey in short the various popular schools of nutrition in descending order.

The Omnivore – One who eats all existing types of food.

The Vegetarian – One who chooses not to eat animals.

The Vegan – One who chooses not to eat any products that even indirectly come from animals such as honey, eggs, milk, and so on.

The Raw Foodist – One who chooses to eat only food that is not processed in any way – mainly fruits and vegetables.

The Juicer – One who completely grinds/juices one’s non-processed food.

The Fruitarian – One who chooses to eat only fruit in a non processed way.

The Liquidarian – One who consumes only in liquid form.

All of the above habits include the need to consume vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and so on. For those following the above-mentioned nutritional habits, there exists a necessity to balance one’s food in order to ensure one receives enough nutrients from all of the food groups and enough energy-calories per day. In other words, the level of dependency upon foodstuffs for physical nourishment is high.

Below are the alternatives to food-based nourishment:

The Sungazer – One who receives their nourishment from short exposure to direct sunlight each day after having completed a long process of looking at the sun for periods of time that gradually increase to 45 minutes. Sungazers are dependent upon sunlight and water for their nourishment.

The Pranic – One who is nourished directly from Prana after having completed a process of transformation in which one’s body learns to be nourished directly from Prana. Pranic people are no longer dependent on external nourishment sources, yet are usually still dependent on water.

The Breatharian – In addition to food, water is also unnecessary to breatharians. These people are nourished by the air only. I have discovered that Breatharians do need water, however their skin knows how to convert the moisture in their environment into the water that they need. The adaptation process to become a Breatharian is known as something very difficult to do, there are therefore very few of them and only two such scientifically-proven people in the world today.

It is important to point out that there is no need to stick to one path entirely. Just as a vegan may occasionally eat a pastry with a bit of eggs or milk in it and a fruitarian may occasionally eat vegetables, on occasion, so too a Pranic person may choose to enjoy from the world of textures and flavours and eat. There are also those who choose to eat small amounts on a regular basis.
