Learn about the possibilities of Pranic nourishment

The best way to cleanse the inner body is by fasting.

Generally, fasting has many benefits, gives the necessary rest to the intestines, stomach and other organs of the body such as the heart, kidneys, lungs, pancreas, liver, etc. and recovers the strength so that the body can work with great efficiency after fasting. Furthermore fasting facilitates the removal of toxins, so then cleanses the entire body. Fasting can remove abnormal growths in the body, as tumour, disease tissues, pain, kidney stones, swelling, inflammation, etc. Fasting relaxes the nervous system.

Overcomes anxiety and insomnia and also increases willpower, etc.Fasting without water helps to create emptiness in the stomach and in the lower part of the digestive system; this prevents the liquids from drawing up. It has been found that in the days of full moon, there is an increase in the incidence of mental and nervous disorders.

Fasting helps control the effects that cause these disorders.

AWAKEN YOUR LIGHTBODY - CREATE A NEW STRUCTURE OF LIVING

WHAT IS PRANA?

Prana is a word in Sanksrit (an ancient Indian language) which means “life force”. In the Yogic, Ayurvedic, and Martial Arts traditions, the term “Prana” refers to a cosmic energy which comes from the sun and embodies the power which connects all elements in the universe.

Prana is also known as: Life Energy, Chi, The Force, The Infinite, Cosmic Particles and more. Behind all of the various names stands one essence: universal life energy.

When we breathe, we are breathing in two things; air and Prana. Prana is the energy of life itself – more essential to our existence than air. Prana is not only found in the air, but rather in all space. In me, you, the tree, the earth and the air – there is no place where it does not exist; it is even present in the Void.

Prana is invisible to the human eye and is also impossible to measure according to today’s science. It is in the status of the human soul; not proved, but present.

If we lack air, we will die after a few minutes. If we lack water, we may live additional time. If we lack food, we can live even longer. Yet if we disconnect the Prana from the Spirit, death will be immediate. In this way, the inclusion of Prana together with air is necessary for the conservation of life as we know it.

Scale of Human Nutrition

One may divide the nutritional norms of human beings according to the varied foods they choose to include in their diets. We will survey in short the various popular schools of nutrition in descending order.

The Omnivore – One who eats all existing types of food.

The Vegetarian – One who chooses not to eat animals.

The Vegan – One who chooses not to eat any products that even indirectly come from animals such as honey, eggs, milk, and so on.

The Raw Foodist – One who chooses to eat only food that is not processed in any way – mainly fruits and vegetables.

The Juicer – One who completely grinds/juices one’s non-processed food.

The Fruitarian – One who chooses to eat only fruit in a non processed way.

The Liquidarian – One who consumes only in liquid form.

All of the above habits include the need to consume vitamins, minerals, proteins, carbohydrates, and so on. For those following the above-mentioned nutritional habits, there exists a necessity to balance one’s food in order to ensure one receives enough nutrients from all of the food groups and enough energy-calories per day. In other words, the level of dependency upon foodstuffs for physical nourishment is high.

Below are the alternatives to food-based nourishment:

The Sungazer – One who receives their nourishment from short exposure to direct sunlight each day after having completed a long process of looking at the sun for periods of time that gradually increase to 45 minutes. Sungazers are dependent upon sunlight and water for their nourishment.

The Pranic – One who is nourished directly from Prana after having completed a process of transformation in which one’s body learns to be nourished directly from Prana. Pranic people are no longer dependent on external nourishment sources, yet are usually still dependent on water.

The Breatharian – In addition to food, water is also unnecessary to breatharians. These people are nourished by the air only. I have discovered that Breatharians do need water, however their skin knows how to convert the moisture in their environment into the water that they need. The adaptation process to become a Breatharian is known as something very difficult to do, there are therefore very few of them and only two such scientifically-proven people in the world today.

It is important to point out that there is no need to stick to one path entirely. Just as a vegan may occasionally eat a pastry with a bit of eggs or milk in it and a fruitarian may occasionally eat vegetables, on occasion, so too a Pranic person may choose to enjoy from the world of textures and flavours and eat. There are also those who choose to eat small amounts on a regular basis.
