4 DAY RETREAT BOOKING

When registering, you pay a deposit of the package price. 

The rest of the package needs to be paid latest 14  Days before the retreat starts, with  50% paid 4 weeks, before and 50% 2 weeks before. 

If booking 2 weeks or less in advance, the package price must be paid in full at once.

If you are more than 2 bookings together, the third person can get 8% off the booking while booking with us directly!🙂

ACCOMODATION

It has a good energy and is in a quiet part of town!

Yoga hall:  Located in this Hotel.  It is big, quiet, private and has  big windows with amazing mountain and jungle views.

Equal to a 1 star hotel. Only available certain times.

Located near the hot springs, upper part of town.

The rooms in Luna Muna are spacious and bright and have private bathrooms. 

The hotel is in 10 minutes walking distance to the 4- star hotel where most people are staying and where we have our meetings, classes and breakfasts.

There may be some noises from the streets ( such as music from restaurants ), which is out of our control, and the service is slower. So please be aware of this if you choose this location.

You may book this, however you may be upgraded depending on the size of the group.

This is a more economic option, however the price difference is not huge.

We prioritize to keep the group together in the 4- star Hotel for the best experience of all.

How to travel to the retreat? 
  • Make you International travel booking to the Lima Jorge Chavez Airport (LIM).
  • From Lima, travel to Cusco Velasco Astete  (CUZ)  on a separate booking, with .Sky Airlines, Latam, Viva Air…. This is the cheapest way.
  • Please book directly with the airline for more flexibility. Travel time from Lima- Cusco: 1.5 h. approx
Do I need a return ticket to board abroad?

They may ask as you check in for your flight to Peru. They will not ask as you enter Peru.

  • Machu Picchu area, Urubamba District, Cuzco province.
  • You will stay in Aguas Calientes, the village located close to the Machu Picchu ruins.
Can you help book extra nights?
  • Yes
Will I need travel insurance?
  • We recommend to purchase travel insurance
  • Visas: Please check visa requirements & check your passport expiry date ahead of time.
Do I need to have practiced yoga & meditation before to participate?
  • You do not need to have experience. However, an open heart and desire to go deeper is good.
Do I need to be fit to do the hikes?
  • A general good level of fitness is  fine, Willingness & patience is good.
Can I bring my children?
  • You can usually bring your children. Inform us ahead of time about this.
 What currency is in Peru?
  • Peruvian Nuevo Soles. You can withdraw PEN & USD from ATM’s.
I have a special diet/ allergies, do you accomodate that?
  • Yes, please inform us in advance.
Can I pay the full retreat online?
  • Yes. This involves extra costs for us, the total cost will be  slightly higher.
  • We follow national regulations in regards to the “State of Emergency”

With less participants; we will host for an added cost to cover our costs. Thank you for understanding! Please contact to receive correct calculations of this.  If there is just one person, we are able to host a private retreat if so desired and if time allows. In this case, if you have booked a twin room, double room or triple room spot, you will need to change for a single room.
 
 

ABOUT MACHU PICCHU

 

Machu Picchu was declared a Peruvian Historical Sanctuary in 1981 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. In 2007, Machu Picchu was voted one of the New Seven Wonders of the World in one of the world’s seven wonders.  Nestled in the tropical climate of the Cusco region of Peru at an altitude of 2430 m, only reachable by hike or by train.   The town of Aguas Calientes, also called Machu Picchu Pueblo, is located 20 minutes bus ride from the sanctuary at an altitude of 2040 m. Buses run on biodiesel.

Aguas Calientes, the village below the sacred city, is named after the hot springs in the town. It is a car-free town, surrounded by tropical jungles. It was slowly built after the discovery of Machu Picchu.

Machu Picchu is considered one of the most powerful energy vortexes on earth by people who feel…!❤ This is a place that can be considered a paradise on earth…..
